At Luma, I stand behind my products.

All lampwork beads are annealed in a digitally-controlled kiln to ensure that they are their strongest. Each bead and piece of jewellery is inspected for defects and errors, prior to selling. But glass jewellery is still made out of glass. With proper wear and care, this jewellery can last for generations. If anything happens, please contact me so that we can work together to come to a solution.

All pieces are handmade by me, and therefore have some natural variations. This is one of the reasons that I find handmade jewellery so appealing.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me so that we can work together to make it right.

Please be advised that custom orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit paid at time of ordering and cannot be returned, so please be sure that everything is exactly as you wish.
